OSX Lion server - user rights issue

Hi,

I am having trouble with my OSX Lion server. I have admin rights but still can't get it to do what I want where it comes to folder and file managment. I have two others accessing the server and gave them rights on toplevel which are inherited to all enclosed files and folders. This works fine.

But when I add a folder in one of the existing folders, they cannot access it. This means that each time I add a folder or file, I have to add the rights for them. This is crazy. Same goes for files and folders they add. I can't access these either (as network user that is).

Can anyone help me out here?
